在疫情期間，支持強制性食品認證機構(gòu)延后工廠檢查時間或開展線上審核；對進口食品符合免予辦理強制性認證條件的， 為企業(yè)“容缺辦理”進口證明；對企業(yè)因“疫情原因”無法按申報用途使用，或者無法按規(guī)定及時銷毀食品、退運相關(guān)免予 辦理強制性認證產(chǎn)品的情形，不作為違反監(jiān)管規(guī)定處理。
